Ways to Give

Thank you for your interest in Sacred Heart Parish and Norfolk Catholic Schools

We are here to serve you and to facilitate practical and professional estate counseling for parishioners, alumni and friends. The essence of planned giving and charitable estate planning is the creation of an estate plan that expresses your personal values through the integration of philanthropic, family and financial goals.

Noted motivational speaker and philanthropist, Paul J. Meyer once said, "Everyone leaves a legacy, whether it is intentional or not. Those who are more intentional about it usually leave a better legacy behind."

**New** On August 17, 2006 President Bush signed the Pension Protection Act of 2006.  This bill permits current gift IRA charitable rollovers.  Rollovers during 2006 and 2007 may be made in any amount up to $100,000 and shall be called “qualified charitable distributions.”  For more information regarding this new law contact Travis at the Parish office – 371-2621 or tfisher@shpo.org
